Being newly renovated in Nov 2017, it is clean, modern and private. The studio is available for long term rentals of 90 days or more. This studio is self contained and is situated in the rear corner of a multi-tenanted property, the studio is unit C. The property has a 3 bedroom house and another studio on it . The tenant's are friendly, active and are completely aware of the studio's being rented out via airbnb, I the owner lives next door and am available 24/7 if any issue that needs to resolved. The main entrance off the street is shared with the other properties but the Slice of Heaven studio has its own separate entry way and the unit has its own small private back yard/out door space. Being in the rear of the house provides a nice private, quiet outside garden area that is furnished with a hammock, chairs and coffee table. The suburb is already very quiet. The studio has a modern internet TV (no cable), Air conditioning, a small kitchenette comprising of a small fridge, induction hotplate, microwave and basic kitchen items, pots/pans/culterly/plates /glasses etc. There is a table/chairs, and a water dispenser. There is an outdoor sink. The furnishings are a natural tropical hardwood wood bedroom set with a memory foam mattress, and closet/drawers to store your clothes in. And the unit comes with towels/sheets/blankets/bath room supplies. The bathroom is newly renovated and is white marble with a great shower and plenty of space. There is a modern and clean outside kitchen along with a hot outside shower. That ensures you can fully enjoy the beautiful climate here. There is plenty of on street parking in front of the house, and it's a very safe neighborhood Guest access There unit itself has a small private out door yard area, furnished with chairs and a coffee table . There is an outside kitchen with plenty of space for cooking. A recent addition is the hot outside shower which is great for washing off after the beach or surf. The main entrance to the property is shared and in the front yard there is an outdoor shower to rinse off in after trips to the beach. There is also a laundry area available for use in the main entrance to the property. Other things to note There is plenty of on street parking. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood and I know all my neighbors. The beach is a short 5-7min walk away. I have a wide range of surfboards available to rent if required.
