The caretaker is available for any urgent matters that demand local attention, but I should be called first. Otherwise, guests are left completely alone to enjoy their stay in peace and quiet. Important Notes: •Check in/out: Information and instructions on obtaining keys to the house will be emailed to you within the week prior to your arrival. Check in is from 4:00PM onwards and check out is before 11:00AM without exception unless otherwise agreed upon. Late check out will be charged at $100 per hour or part thereof after 11:00am.
