The house is fully stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, cook ware and glass ware. There is a huge back drive that can easily park 4 cars and street parking is also available. This home is only moments to the University, Downtown and the Casino Areas with easy access the interstate just 2 blocks away. Guest access You will have access to the entire home , except the Garage. Other things to note The pool is cleaned and Sanitized prior to your stay. Please, no parties of more that 18 at the house. All outside activity ends at 10:00 PM. This is a liner pool, nothing made of glass is allowed on the pool deck. This is a private pool in a residential area. Please respect my neighbors. This pool is unattended, you will swim at your own risk. The pool is inspected and cleaned after your check out. There is a $50.00 pool cleaning fee included in the house cleaning fee. After check out, the pool will be inspected and time and date stamp photographed prior to being serviced for the next guest. Any damage or extra service need to prepare for the next guest will be charged to you.
