The space This oceanfront condo sits on the 12th floor of the Valley Isle Resort, offering sweeping views that remain with you in nearly every room. Inside, the open living area is designed for downtime after beach days or island outings, with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed nights in. Large windows invite in natural light and ocean air, keeping the space feeling open and connected to its surroundings. Outdoor living Step onto the private lanai to take in uninterrupted ocean views, from early morning light to sunset hues over the water. With beach access just outside the resort, you can move easily between shoreline walks, time by the pool, or quiet moments watching the tide roll in. A shared BBQ grill and boat slip add to the outdoor experience. Sleeping arrangements The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom opens directly to the lanai, allowing ocean views and sounds to start and end your day. The second bedroom offers a calm retreat for rest and privacy. Two full bathrooms serve the space, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is set up for easy meals at home, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics.
