The Slidell area is located very close to the New Orleans city limit (3 miles) and is close enough for an easy 20 minute drive on I-10. There are a number of great restaurants within 5 minute drive. There are three malls within 10 minutes with major shopping opportunities including a brand new outlet mall. Various grocery stores are close by (5 minutes) including two Walmart's.
