1920's Harbor View Home newly renovated with 2500 square feet and sleeps 8. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor (2 are en suite), 1/2 bath on the 1st floor, hot tub, 2 blocks from the village, 1 block from the harbor, and a short 1 1/2 mile bike ride to the beach. There are harbor views from the 1st and 2nd floors. Our home reflects the love we have for design, tranquility, and simplicity. 1920's harbor view home and perfectly located and only 1 1/2 miles to Sandy Beach, 1 block from the harbor, and 2 blocks to Cohasset village. Newly renovated with 2500 square feet and sleeps 8. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor (2 are en suite), 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. The house is 2 blocks from the village, 1 block from the harbor, and a short bike ride to the beach. There are harbor views from the 1st and 2nd floors. Our home reflects the love we have for design, tranquility, and simplicity. INSIDE HOUSE: It is open plan with a kitchen that includes Viking gas stove and a Sub Zero refrigerator, limestone floors and an island that seats 4+ a view of the harbor. The family room is connected and also has views of the harbor and a TV. There is an open plan dinning, living room + sitting room with 2 fireplaces. The area next to family room has a Peloton bike, weights. workout equipment and an office nook. The house has a nest system with central air throughout and ceiling fans in all four bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the family room. The master has a king bed and is en suite, has a desk + view of the harbor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is en suite, has a desk + TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is used as guest room/lounge space and has pull out queen size couch,TV and desk. The house is wired with built in speakers and sonos system. Heating and cooling all operated by the Nest system. AC throughout the house and ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms and in the family room. Washer/Dryer + ironing board/iron. 3 hair dryers and hangers. The kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking + baking staples, and condiments. OUTSIDE + EXTRAS: Has a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub, sonos music system with built in speakers inside + outside on the deck, 3 adult bikes, 2 paddle boards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, outside kid toys, sleds, snow shoes, and more. LOCATION: We are located in the historic district and walk to harbor, restaurants, both inns, shops + more. Our home is located in a family neighborhood and centrally located in the historic district, you can walk to most venues. The area was settled in the late 19th century by Portuguese lobster fishermen and several fourth generation families still live on this street. We are in walking distant of the harbor, The Red Lion Inn, South Shore Art Center, the town green, shops, a bakery, bagel shop, general store, restaurants, nail salon, yoga studio, and boutiques. The town dock and kayak/paddle board access is 2 blocks away. You can see the dock from our home and a 1 1/2 mile bike ride to Sandy beach. GETTING AROUND: The commuter rail station is a 5 minute drive from our home with direct access to downtown Boston in 35 minutes. There is a ferry located 15 minutes drive that takes you to the Boston Seaport in about 35 minutes. Please no parties, smoking, or pets. Please leave the home in beautiful condition, just as you found it. We are available by cell phone or email. We are happy to assist with ideas for day trips, sites to visit, babysitter suggestions, and more. Our home is located in a family neighborhood and centrally located in the historic district, you can walk to most venues.
