"Shore Bet" is a Humarock Beach gem in Scituate, MA. Our Ocean Dr. beach cottage is just a short walk to a private stretch of Humarock Beach and situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the South River. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway, featuring miles of beach, outdoor recreation, water sports, fishing (both shore & river), gorgeous marshland, and shops and restaurants all close by. OFFERING WINTER RENTALS - Monthly from October - April. The space Our 1,620 square foot, two-story beach cottage features an open, bright first floor with kitchen/living room, full bath, spare bedroom, and additional back den / living room. Upstairs includes a large master bedroom with slider/balcony and river view, a bunk room that sleeps 2, and a full bath both rooms can share (there are two doors so you can lock it from the master if needed :). The cottage includes large decks directly off both front and rear patio sliders, an outdoor shower, views of the South River, and a great beach location offering space for activities and/or privacy. Guest access Parking for 5-6 cars, first floor laundry room. Other things to note We are accepting both one- and multiple-week rental reservations for Spring, Summer and Fall. We're also accepting winter rentals starting September 15 through spring. Rates and dates are flexible.
