This 2 bedroom 1 bath house features all the amenities of home as well as privacy and a beautiful front lawn, a full size kitchen, washer & dryer, 65in Smart TV w/cable, wifi, A/C. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the the living room there is room to sleep five. If more bedrooms or bathrooms are needed, consider renting either the four bedroom main house or adding the studio to this guest house for 3 bedrooms, 2 bath . TA-098-825-1136-01 The space This two bedroom, one bath country cottage on Oahu’s scenic North Shore with a full kitchen and family room is perfect for any family desiring a gorgeous and secluded home base for either a relaxing or exciting tropical vacation--you choose! The Ohana Country Cottage and the larger four bedroom Hauula Ohana House share a one acre private compound with beautifully landscaped lawns, tropical flowers and trees—including a small stream shaded by overhanging tree branches! So there is plenty of elbow room, with green lawns for the kids to run and play on (the property is fully enclosed and gated) before or after a busy day at the beach or at the nearby Polynesian Cultural Center. Or just relax in the air-conditioned cottage watching a movie on the 65-inch TV, or share the island fun with emails and social media on WiFi. Close to the beach, but far from the crowds, if a comfortable, relaxing, beautiful and private Hawaiian retreat is what you need, then this is the place! Guest access You will have full access to the the cottage itself, the washer and dryer in the carport and the lawn in front of the cottage. Please park on the driveway to the cottage. There may be other guests in the main house, so please respect their space and privacy if others are there. Other things to note We supply our guests with beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs and boogie boards at no additional cost! Snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel and fins) are available for rent, as are extra boogie boards and beach or camping chairs. Please remember that you are visiting the lush, tropical countryside of Hawaii where animals such as birds, chickens, roosters, ducks, geckos, frogs--even mosquitos and cockroaches--live alongside humans. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you, but please be aware that little visitors are not uncommon in any part of the island--especially if you attract them with left out food and open food containers! This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
