The Mason Suite of Salem

*We have THE BEST location in all of Salem! Take a look at our reviews!* The Mason Suite is a boutique lodging experience with all the comforts of home! Built in 1844 and nestled among Salem's most prized architecture, the Suite is just steps from the Witch Museum, bustle of the pedestrian mall, and Salem Common! Recently renovated from top to bottom! You'll be surrounded by fine furnishings, culture and history! The location is 10/10! We strive to provide you with the ideal Salem experience! The space The Mason Suite is a private third floor suite that is accessed through a dedicated back entrance and winding staircase. It contains a private bedroom, kitchen and bath, living room with two sofa beds, and large skylights with sweeping views of downtown Salem. We are walkable to all the best Salem has to offer of restaurants, shops and sites. Guest access Guests can access the back stairwell (which will be closed off from the rest of the house) as well as the entire third floor apartment. Other things to note This suite is located on the third floor. Guests will need to be able to climb stairs to gain access. There is NO SMOKING in the Suite or on the premises at all. That includes the courtyard. Rates are set as a base rate for two guests. Each guest after two is an additional $25/person/night. If you add guests after you’ve booked, please reach out to me (preferably before your arrival) or update your reservation. Please no unauthorized guests/visitors without prior approval. Please no parties or events without prior approval. For special events such as a bridal/groom, bachelor/bachelorette, birthday/anniversary parties etc. prior approval at time of booking will be required. An additional rate of $50/person after 2 (including visitors, members of the party, photographers, etc.) will be added to the daily rate, no matter the length of stay. No more than 4 overnight guests will be allowed with prior approval. An excess cleaning/trash fee of $50 will be assessed. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-6am. From 10pm to 6am, we ask that you please observe quiet hours and be mindful of noise in the Suite and stairwell. This is very much appreciated. If a late checkout is requested we are usually able to accommodate. The checkout will be 11:30am vs. 10am and a flat fee of $25 will be assessed. Prior approval will be required. We do have cameras outside the property to ensure safety of our guests, as well as our family (at the front and rear of the home). If you have questions, feel free to reach out to me!
