Others may say "walkable to town", but we are closer than that! Guest access Let yourself in with a key pad and enjoy the entire house, yard, porch and courtyard. The large, well-maintained garage has been transformed to an activity center and can be rented for a small additional fee. This includes bicycles, scooters, mini ping pong, grill, propane and games. It's great for families with kids to entertain. Private parking is available in the driveway as well as street parking. Minimum night stay may change depending on time of year and bookings. Security deposit applicable on weekly (or more) rentals. Other things to note Great for families, wedding guests, friends and couples. Parking for 3 cars available and a public parking lot is a few steps away. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. The Spire Center (a historical church-turned theater) is right next door and offers very small, indoor, musical guests and comedians. Security: There are video cameras monitoring exterior doors.
