Private lake setting close to Clemson University

House is located in a private community yet only 2.5 miles to Death Valley and Clemson. Enjoy a walk down to the lake or relax on the back deck. WIFI is included with access to Hulu and Disney+. Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties. The space You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood while you are in the house but realize you are close to Clemson University if you are in town for an event or seminar there. Also right on the county line between Oconee, Pickens and Anderson counties so great access to any event you may be attending in one of these places. We truly want out place to feel like home to you while you are here. There are probably a few scuff marks on the wall that maybe my kids put there or someone else’s did when they were visiting. It isn't going to be perfect. But see we have tried to make our place as affordable as we can to as many people as we can coming to the Clemson area. I think if you will look at some of the other prices of comparable places in our area you’ll see that. We want our place to be affordable to the family coming to visit their kid at school, to the man who is coming to take a fishing trip with his son, to the nurse or pastor coming to temporarily serve our area, and to anyone and everyone in between. The number one thing we are told about our place? It felt like home while we were there. That is always our number one goal. So if completely modern décor is what you need, we may not be the rental for you. But if you are looking for an affordable short term rental that is just a hop, skip and a jump from most places in Upstate South Carolina come stay with us. About 25% of our rentals now are return visitors that have stayed with us before. Other things to note If you need to use the couch as a sleeping space you can and there will be some additional blankets in the closetl. There are no pets on the premises. If you go to the lake you swim at your own risk. No safety equipment is on the Corp property. Any baby equipment is cleaned after each guest leaves.
