Private, detached cottage in a woodsy neighborhood

Lovely studio guesthouse in a safe part of town. Newly renovated with kitchenette, full bathroom and screen porch. Efficiency lay-out with parking at your front door. Nice size closet. Woodsy and well kept. The space There is a stackable washer/dryer to make your stay most convenient. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, blender & coffee maker. Other things to note We have a nice tempurpedic king size mattress so we are primarily laid out for one or two people. But we do have a high quality, self inflating queen size air mattress at the location. So we could sleep up to four people (or you could use it if just two people don't want to share the bed). However, I wouldn’t recommend 4 people staying here for a long stay.
