Our home is very spacious with one first floor bedroom, full bath with step in luxurious rain shower, kitchen, dining room and living room on the main first floor. Making it very accessible for guests looking for few stairs. There are 7 stairs into the main first floor, through the front door. We can accommodate up to 3 approved dogs per stay with pet fee paid per dog at booking. Due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws no cats or other animals can be accepted. Parking in the cement driveway for 4 cars/trucks and so much to do in Plymouth, the Cape or just enjoy your sand chair on the beach. Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, charcoal grille and three relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)! We are always available to our guests via phone, text and email. Emotional support dogs are subject to pet fee. No charging or vehicle washing can be accommodated. No Trailers, RV's/Motor homes or boats can be accommodated. Approval of Rental agreement at time of booking and Driver's License required. Reservation accepted/ rates set based on group size at time of booking. Additional guests staying/ visiting must be pre-approved, additional cost paid and names outlined on rental agreement/guest app. External only security cameras on the front and sides of the house for security and insurance purposes. -The Bookee must be part of rental group and staying at property, no booking for others. - This property is not rented as a venue of any kind. No events or parties. - Pricing/ reservation accepted based on group size provided at time of booking. Additional guests/visitors added cost and must be pre-approved prior to arrival by owner. Having any additional or unauthorized guests is cause to have your reservation cancelled immediately, damages incurred by owner and without refund. - Dogs considered. Prefer to be crate trained. Dogs must be pre-approved and $250 pet fee paid in full/dog, handled through the resolution center or special offer once reservation is made/requested or damage deposit will be kept. Guests will be responsible for being mindful of noise levels after 10pm. -Our home can accommodate a max of 2 Infants per stay. - Our home can accommodate a max of 4 cars parked in the driveway. No on street or green space parking. No boats, rv/motor homes or unregistered vehicles are permitted on the property. No charging of vehicles or additional appliances of any kind permitted or $1000 damage deposit will be kept. No camping or out buildings on premises. -Refundable damage deposit of $,1000 is collected via Stripe Invoice with required email provided. -Exterior security camera on property for check-in and group verifications in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and required by insurance. We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area! Great Wifi strength as well for working from home! Our home and neighborhood is easily accessible by car anytime of year. This is a mixed year round and summer resident neighborhood. We have great areas to walk, hike and bike too. The commuter rail is approximately 8miles from the house. Downtown Plymouth is a 6 minute drive or Ride share! Many places deliver regularly year round along with Uber and Lyft accessibility.
