This 4-BR, 2-Bath home is a two story townhome with views of the bay on a quiet dead end street. Just 3 short blocks to the most desired part of the Sea Isle beach: completely remodeled. The space The house is located three houses from the bay on a quiet dead end (URL HIDDEN) is a short 2 ½ block walk to the beach. This house has been totally renovated from top to bottom. At the end of the street is the U.S. Coast Guard Station were you can take fishing rods and crab traps that come with the house and try your luck. The house also comes with linens for the beds, beach tags, bath towels, bicycles and beach chairs. The house is one of a kind on the island with 3 bedroom on the first floor and the master bedroom and living space on the second floor with a private large wrap around deck with 2 retractable canopied bar areas both with spectacular views of the bay . Some of the newer house that are being built you need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the living area. Guest access Guest have access to everything in the home including the shed on the side of the house containing beach chairs and umbrella Also in the rear of the property a shed containing bicycles fishing rods crab traps surf boards Other things to note WiFi tv in every room including the outside bar facing the bay. La Fontana 5000 Landis Ave. Is a BYOB we have eaten here several times and the food is excellent. They also have a restaurant in Strathmere. Highly recommend reservations. A Modo Mia 5900 Landis Ave Is a BYOB this restaurant just opened this year and we have tried it one time. The food was excellent along with the service. Go early and make reservations. Oar House 318 42nd Pl. Is a seafood restaurant that sits on the water. They have a happy hour with live entertainment with an older crowd. Deauville Inn 201 Willard Rd Strathmere This is the place to watch all your sporting events with 36 TVs. There is fine dining and outside seating on the water Giovanni’s Deli 4309 Landis Ave By far the best deli on the island Food is fresh and delicious.
