Our beachfront condo is located on a private beach in Dennisport overlooking Nantucket Sound. The unit has two bedrooms, one being a loft, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Its great for a party of 4 and if you like to be steps from the beach! We have created the perfect setting for Cape Cod Summer days! Our condo has a beautiful and spacious loft upstairs that serves as a bedroom. Downstairs is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and another bedroom. The interior space boasts a beach feel and it encourages a "kick back and relax" mentality. If you want to get away from it all and look out onto Nantucket Sound all you need to do is walk out the back door and enjoy! Private beach where you can bring your kayak, floats or any other sport equipment. There is a grill outside in the back of the unit for your use and a coin operated washer and dryer room located in the rear of the building. I am happy to offer my guests advice on activities, restaurants, shopping, fabulous beaches and any other vacation needs. We are located on Old Wharf Road which runs for about 5 miles. You will find several beaches along this road in addition to our private one. The Sailing Cow is about 1/4 of mile and offers a great breakfast. At the end of Old Wharf is our favorite restaurant with an outdoor bar, The Ocean House. Sundae School which is famous for Ice Cream is about 1/2 mile away. There are other great restaurants and specialty shops close by. You will need a car or you can bring your bike to get around Dennisport. Uber has become very popular on Cape Cod and is another mode of transportation. You are just steps away from a private beach that is super convenient! Oceanfront grilling at it's best; you can watch the gentle waves of Nantucket sound as you grill a delicious piece of fish from The Swan River market. Downtown Dennisport offers fun shops, a yoga studio, restaurants and specialty stores. One other note, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has extended the lodging tax to short term rentals such as Airbnb. This is a separate fee and will be collected separately. The calculation is 12 percent for Dennisport. In addition, we are now offering laundry service with your reservation. Sheets/towels/beach towels are provided and will be laundered.
