My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Beds include a master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed, and living room has queen sleeper sofa. Pack and play available if you have a little one. This house can be booked with a detached guest suite (also a rental) that includes a third bedroom (Queen bed), fold down desk, mini fridge, microwave, and half bathroom (no shower or tub). It is just off the garage and perfect for guests who wish for a little additional privacy. Can be rented at discounted rate of $50 with main house. Guest access Main house (and guest suite off garage if arranged), outdoor areas and BBQ, basement laundry. Guests from house and cottage may access garage to get wood, extra propane for grill, or to put trash in trash cans in garage. We also have jumper cables and tools should you find yourself in a bind and need something, just ask. Other things to note Weekly discounts. *Option to book detached guest suite with studio bedroom and half bathroom along with this listing for just an additional $50 per night to make this a 3br 2bath property. This is a separate unit accessed from the alley. It may be rented during your stay. Guests will park off alley. Cottage has a privacy fence around it. *Please note this is a pet free residence. *We store a four wheeler in the detached garage off the alley. We share the four wheeler with our neighbors who may pull it out occasionally. They will access garage from the alley. *WINTER CAUTION: Philipsburg plowing is not always the best. We will try to supplement ourselves with some help. If road is in bad shape, let us know and we will try to get someone up there. Our cottage guests may need to park in front of house and walk to cottage from there if alley is difficult to access. They will park far to left of house to maintain two spots for house guests.
