Hilltop Hospitality House

Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately. The space The Hilltop Studio apt. above the detached garage is connected by an elevated deck walkway to the main house. It is a separate listing and rents separately, sleeps four. If available, the two spaces together can comfortably sleep 14 people. Guest access Full access to house and shared deck with the studio apartment. Other things to note Children are welcome, but be aware that there is a gas fireplace and please watch infants/children closely if you have the fire on during the fall/winter months. For safety, no infants or young children allowed on outside elevated deck unless very close adult supervision is provided. No one may climb or sit on the deck railings.
