Recently remodeled Victorian house. Inside the room you will find a 4k tv, internet, and work desk station. This Airbnb room will share a bathroom with another Airbnb room. The house was remodeled in July 2020. The space The room offers a queen memory foam mattress, work desk with chair, and smart tv with some apps like Netflix, Youtube, etc Guest access To get to the bathroom, you should exit your room using the door closest to the TV. then go down the stairs and you will enter the kitchen. The bathroom is right next to the kitchen. This property is solely for the purpose of Airbnb. There are 4 rooms here. 2 rooms have their own bathroom inside the room, and the other two rooms will share the first floor bathroom. The way the laundry works is as follows: Place all of your laundry in a laundry bag with your soap and softener (liquid) Let me know whe it's ready for pick up. The cleaning lady will take care of it for you and return it within 24 hrs. Price: $10 per load. During your stay I do not live at this property but I live very close should you need anything.
