We are in a quiet residential neighborhood, In the heart of the action, only minutes away from central New Orleans. You will be surrounded an eclectic furnishings and artwork, freshly renovated 1950s structure. Why lease a hotel room for a season, stay at Wide Oaks. We are leasing 31 days or more only, with all utilities are included. The space Private entrance. Be safe don’t stay in hotels or condo. Singles will love staying with us for the space. Couples love our serine location for the quiet, private, relaxing, charming and convenient experience! Please read this detailed description, we want to meet your expectations! This is NOT an upscale hotel with room service! Yet, It’s a renovated and super clean flat (1,300 square ft) on the second floor with plenty of elbow room. Enjoy your coffee or tea and enjoy the mature oaks outside your windows. Enjoy a novel on the cozy furnishings that remind you of the New Orleans. Make this your home away from home for several months in a central location while you explore the greater New Orleans area,work, play and enjoy. Knowing that you will have a quiet relaxing place of your own at the end of the day to bring you peace of mind. *Our charming flat is 1,300 square feet in size and on the second floor, with private entrance. *Accommodations are for 2- 3 adults in a Queen bedroom and a FULL bed in the second bedroom. No children. *We do not allow any pets of any kind upstairs in the flat. Additional information: * Half a mile from Harch Hyperberic Center. *It has a queen-size bedroom in the private in suite bathroom newly renovated. *Second bathroom has a bathtub and spacious shower/bathroom and soaking tub/shower. *Fully equipped kitchen for cooking includes granite countertops, all new stainless appliances or explore incredible local foods at great restaurants in the area. This is your own private space, no sharing with others. *Linens and towels are provided. We provide a starter kit that includes toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and other cleaning supplies. Guest must provide these items during their longer length stay. *Free Sling TV included during you stay. Other features are: *Minutes always for East Jefferson Hospital, Tulane Woman’s Hospital and Oshner Main Campus. *Minutes drive to the French Quarter or the Superdome. * Shopping and casinos a few miles away. *Several shopping Centers about 5 minutes down the road with grocery store, Whole Foods, Trade Joe’s, Breux Mart, Rouses Market, hardware, post office and numerous restaurants. * No guns or weapons aloud in the house. * Must sign a lease agreement, minimum stay is 31 days, yes that’s a month. We can extend longer periods as available. The agreement must be signed prior to check in. Guest access Front door access. The flat is private and has locking doors for your privacy. Other things to note The place is situated in a subtropical region. Ants and roaches are endemic to this region. We fumigate regularly and clean to ensure the place is clean of anything that will attract these bugs. For that reason, we ask for your cooperation while you stay with us. Eat in the designated eating area and clean up any crumbs. DO NOT leave any food in the open on counters or shelves. Please place them in containers or in the freezer. Also, place the garbage out in the large container frequently to prevent bugs from having a reason to entrée. If you get a multi legged visitor, please use the bug spray under the kitchen cabinet and let us know where you spotted one and if it was alive! - No frying foods indoors. -No package or mail delivery while staying with us. Make arrangements for a PO Box, UPS, FedEx or an Amazon locker. -Due to the health and safety reasons of any guest and host (pet hair and dander). We do not allow any pets of any kind.
