This beautiful spacious ground level apartment is only two steps below grade, located in a suburbia residential setting. This is a quiet residential stay with bedroom, living room, bath/shower, mini fridge, Microwave, and TV. This home got access to public transportation to NYC. Use nj transit bus 109 from Ridge Rd. As time passes, some furniture, fixtures may have been replaced or removed. Note: Existing photos may not offer 100% representation of the property. The space This place is truly your home away from home! You have all the amenities you needed for your comfort. The kitchenette got all the amenities but no stove. However, there are many restaurants, including halal and Mediterranean food, within 5 min walk. The bedroom is furnished with a window AC unit for summer and base board heat for the winter season. Also, note that currently, the refrigerator in the picture is replaced with a mini fridge. Guest access Guest will enter from right side gate and entry is at the rear of the house. A lock box code will be provided a day before check in. Visitor requesting same day book and check in, will not have lock box code number. They will have to contact for special arrangement to check in. Other things to note Proof of covid vaccination may not required. Please do not use front door calling bell and disturb other tenants, as no one would be able to offer any help!! No join-in type friends/relatives is allowed. The owner or another guest cannot be held responsible under any circumstance for any lost item during their stay or after leaving the house. Guests are responsible to check their belongings before they check out. Guests are responsible to take care of their valuable item through their own means. There is no safe deposit box available. There are todlers at upstair unit, once in a while you hear some walking/ running noise. Guests are also responsible to keep the place in habitable condition at all time. For items left behind like toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo or other hygienic products including towels are disposed of as garbage. Absolutely no video recording or illegal uploading, downloading or surfing in the internet. Guest authorizes to allow owner, property manager or their representative to enter into the apartment incase of emergencies or cleaning or repair personnel as needed.
