No place like home!!

Located on an old and quiet street, this 1200 SF 2 bedroom apartment has a very warm and artsy flair. It is furnished with traditional and antique furniture. Watch TV on our Smart TV, play a DVD, go on wifi or maybe just flop on the loveseat and read in this apartment's own little library. The space The space is a 1200 square foot apartment that has a lot of charisma and charm. The lot is the largest on the street with many trees and flowering trees in the early spring to summer. The apartment is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Bath towels and bedding are provided. In addition, the apartment has it's own private laundry (washer, dryer, iron and ironing board at no extra cost), and a full kitchen is also provided for those who like to cook. Guests will have 24 hour access to everything the 12 Roger Street apartment has to offer, grounds included. I try not to hover. I will be as interactive with the guests as they would like me to be. Most times, guests like their privacy. This is a very quiet street. 12 Roger Street has a little brook in the back. Most people on the street are much older folks, so the wild times are down to a dull roar or less. So unfortunately, we do not allow parties and loud noises at the home in respect to the guests on the first floor. Additionally: we are aware marijuana is legal in Massachusetts, but smoking of cigarettes, cigars or marijuana is prohibited in or around the property. The smoke gets into the upholstery and tends to stay in the furniture long after guests have left. The street is a great area to walk, with walking trails at the end of the street and a playground two streets over. The apartment is close to shopping and activities in all directions. 12 Roger Street is walking distance to the Main Street. The apartment comes with a small library room with books and magazines for all ages. There is a blu-ray player with DVD's for all ages. Additionally board games and cards are provided in the front hall closet for the rainy and boring days. Guest access Guests will have 24 hour access to everything the 12 Roger Street has to offer, grounds included. We would appreciate it if renters were respectful of our guests on the first floor. Running, jumping or mishandling of the furniture is not allowed . Guests that do not follow these rules will be asked to leave. Small birthday parties for grandma are allowed, but for the most part we ask for no partying .
