This unit is a free standing guest house with a private bedroom, shower only and a living/kitchen area that has a fridge, 2-burner cooktop, bar sink, air fryer/microwave & coffee maker. Conveniently located near i49 & i20 with easy access to downtown & LSU med. . The space Small guest house located on same property as my Tulsa Getaway listing. This unit sits just behind the other. Close to i49 & i20. Minutes from downtown, great food, shopping and the casinos and only 1.5 miles from Oschners LSU medical center. I still have some yard work and landscaping to do so the yard isn’t pretty but there is lots of shade to park under during the hot Louisiana summers and a fire pit if you want to sit outside and enjoy it on the chilly winter nights. Guest access Access for the Tulsa hideaway is on the left side of the driveway. This location is a guest house that sits just behind another house. To park, please pull all the way back on the left side of the drive. If you prefer, you can close the inner gates behind you if you want to let your pet run around safely. Other things to note When you arrive you may pull up through the double gate on the left side and park in the back, however if you have a large vehicle it is a tight fit so please be careful. The surrounding neighborhood is not necessarily the prettiest in Shreveport, but it is safe and we have never experienced any negative incidents after many years. Shreveport city water is not very nice to drink - please help yourself to the bottled water in the fridge
