The Hideaway | Fireplace | Downtown | Theater

The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom. The space A private entrance with a secure keypad opens onto a patio that overlooks our yard. This garden level suite is located on the lower level of our home but separated entirely. Stepping into the suite, you’ll find a queen size bed, gas fireplace, mini fridge and microwave, reading chair, desk, smart TV, and marble bathroom with a full-size shower. We’ve thought through each detail to ensure you can have a relaxing getaway. Clean beach towels and 2 beach chairs are available to borrow during the summer season. We have plenty of street parking and will also provide a parking spot in our driveway in case of snow or if helpful to those who require easier access. A rigorous cleaning protocol of the space will be completed between each visit. The suite is naturally separated from the rest of the home, has separate heating and air ducts. Please Note: We live above the Hideaway and you may hear us or see us outside in the yard with our kids. We will do our best to give you space and quiet, but don’t hesitate to say hello! We also have a pack-n-play, highchair, or toddler bed if this is helpful. Guest access Guests will be able to access the outside door, private hallway, and guest suite. Guests do not have access to use the outdoor space unless specific permission is granted. Other things to note No smoking or vaping in the room, or on the property. No cooking apparatus allowed which includes but is not limited to hot plate, instant pot, pressure cooker, air fryer, toaster, or slow cooker. No cooking apparatus may be used within the room.
