This first floor unit in my newly renovated two-family home is 3/4 of a mile from downtown Salem with all its attractions. Guests have two off-street parking spaces in a tandem configuration. Inside there is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is completely new with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a laundry room that guests are free to use. The space This house was originally built in 1870, which is relatively new for Salem! It was renovated down to the studs in 2020 and no detail was spared. Guests have their own entrance and covered porch to enjoy along with the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, combination kitchen and living room and laundry room. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole apartment. The rear exterior door is not for guest use and should only be used in an emergency.
