The living room includes a 55” Smart 4K UHD TV -Kitchen The custom built kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking essentials if you’d like to prepare a meal with the slide in gas range and Calphalon cookware -Laundry Room Has a washer and dryer for your use -Master Bedroom Has a King sized bed with memory foam mattress and premium %100 Egyptian and Supima cotton linens. Above the fireplace is a 50” Smart LG tv. Included is a walk-in closet -Master Bath Enjoy the walk-in marble shower and free-standing soaking tub with an abundance of natural light. Includes premium, 100% Turkish towels -Guest Bedroom Canopy Queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and 100% Egyptian and Supima cotton sheets and linens. 4K Smart tv also mounted here -Guest Bath Off of the living room we added a bath that has marble floors, marble vanity, 100% Turkish Towels and a combination tub/shower -Back Yard Is available for guest use. We are in historic Beauregard Town neighborhood (2nd neighborhood built in Baton Rouge after Spanish Town) and the lots are on the smaller side. Please see photos. Guest access Entire home with backyard. *Pets are not allowed inside or outside. Backyard is not sealed tight. We are not responsible for lost or runaway pets. Other things to note Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. No more than six individuals on the property at any given time please. No visitors or guests over the amount of 6 (even if they are not staying the night). Please be respectful of the neighbors. *update* As of 2024, Airbnb parties have been banned by the City of Baton Rouge. If a neighbor complains of a party, hosts will lose their short term rental license permanently. City guidelines allow 2 people per bed, per property. This property has 3 beds- 2 bedrooms, 1 pullout sofa. Max of 6. No outside day visitors allowed. Commercial and private photoshoots are welcome at the nightly rate. The house is not available by-the-hour or in-between guests. Brides and bridesmaids: Please inquire with all details and total number of guests/vehicles before booking. We do not offer early Check-Ins/ late Check-Outs. We utilize our turnover time to provide a clean and inviting space. If the cleaning is completed before 3pm, you’ll be notified and welcomed to check in early - free of charge. No late checkouts after 11am are offered.
