Gorgeous basement apartment in the "slant street" area of Missoula. Apartment has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Light and bright with private entrance. Large back yard has a fire pit, picnic table and gas BBQ. 20 minutes walk will get you to a variety of interesting places. Note: The stairs are a bit steep and narrow. Tiled shower is 30x30 inches and some may find it too small. TV with WiFi but no cable. The space Bright and spacious. Separate bedroom, kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Shower is European size (smaller) and only hand-held. Lots of storage space. Laundry facilities on-site with limited access. Private entrance in a non-smoking, pet-free home. High-speed internet, large yard, near the University of Montana, shopping, health clubs, restaurants, downtown and a bus stop. Use the gas grill or sit by a fire outside and enjoy the night sky. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the entire apartment in complete privacy. Parking is on the street under a nice shade tree. Other things to note Please do not take bicycles into apartment. They may be locked outside. The house is heated by a high-efficiency gas furnace. Some folks have commented on the sound of the fan.
