We are only 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Kalispell, but live in a very quiet cul-de-sac that dead ends in to a Natural Area where wildlife is abundant. The natural area has many hiking trails and access to the Stillwater River. We are a licensed vacation rental! The space This newly remodeled daylight basement has its own parking area for up to 2 vehicles (enough room for an RV or boat upon request), private entrance and fenced in yard. You will have access to your own BBQ grill and fire pit on your private front porch and a grassy yard for dogs. There's 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sofa bed and couch in the livingroom (one bedroom has a bonus sink and vanity). There is a pull out couch in the livingroom available, but the bed isn't very comfortable. A kitchen that comes stocked with the basics, new flooring and a livingroom area with a smart TV! Yoga to unwind after adventuring? We have a yoga mat and blocks! Radiant floor heat and ICF walls keep the area toasty in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer. We are dog friendly (at this time we are only able to accommodate dogs), but it should also be acknowledged that we are living on site with our dogs (they have their own seperately fenced yard but may stop to investigate on the other side of the fence), they are friendly dogs, and might come say Hi! It is required that your airbnb reservation includes all pets at time of booking. Dogs cannot be left unattended. This helps us ensure we can continue to be dog friendly. We recommend this space for a maximum of 4 guests, as that is what fits comfortably, all guests must respect the house rules. Thank You for understanding! Guest access You will have access to a large natural area at the end of our road, with abundant hiking trails and access to the Stillwater River. This area is excellent for bird and wildlife viewing (it should be noted that they do not allow dogs in the natural area but there are great dog trails at Woodland Park, just minutes away). Guests will also have their own BBQ grill for use, fire pit and patio set (we do have quiet time rules from 10pm-8am) , outdoor pet waste station, Free Wi-Fi and basic amenities for guest use. The kitchen comes stocked with the basics and a coffee maker and coffee. We have 2 small ice coolers for day use, the perfect accessory for exploring Montana! We are less than 2 miles from the Woodland Ice Center for hockey, and the Woodland Water Park, which is complete with dog- friendly walking trails, a playground and skate park for the kids, a duck pond and a water park the entire family can enjoy!
