Waterfront house with 3 BR and 2 baths (+ outdoor shower) with fantastic views of Great Pond! Recently updated with air conditioning and new floors. Large lawn perfect for yard games and grilling while watching the sunset. Tenants must provide towels and bed sheets, washer and dryer is included in the rental. 2 gorgeous decks perfect for relaxing with a good book. Wifi access and SmartTV included. No boat access for tenants but kayaks and canoes can be brought and used. The space 2 gorgeous decks to be enjoyed by all. One deck opens off of the Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 upstairs... you have water views while lying in bed and the view is unmatched. Floor-ceiling shades can be opened or closed for privacy. Bottom deck complete with a grill and table and chairs for dinner and watching the sunset. Guest access Guests may access the entire house when staying with us. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house which may also be used and a washer/dryer in the shed next to the house which may also be used by guests. There is a large lawn in the front of the house towards the water which may be used for sunbathing, yard games or for grillin' and watching the sunset. Dock may not be used for Boat access (owner use ONLY) but kayaks/canoes/non-motorized water sports may be used from the dock. Down the road from the house is a walk-on loading dock and small beach area for use by guests on Shorewood Drive only where you can also load kayaks and canoes to/from.
