Welcome to Bliss on the Beach, or from home, or from anywhere, close to adventure in Seaside Park! The space ANCHORS AWAY, first floor, 3 bedroom, large living room, 1.2 bath and porch area perfect for shade. THE LOOKOUT, second floor, 3 bedroom, 1 full bath and sunroom with beutiful views. There are 4 parking spots facing the home along with plenty of street parking (which is at a first come first save basis). Please be courteous not to block the shared driveway. Washer and dryer can be found on the first floor, shared between both units. Guest access The guests have access to the 1st and 2nd floor of the house along with a large backyard space. Other things to note *** When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself and the purpose of your trip. Must be 30 years and older to book. *** - Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 8:00PM. - Parties are prohibited, this is a family friendly neighborhood. You will be asked to leave the premises. - 8 beach badges are provided, if lost a fee of $80 per badge will be deducted from the security deposit. - Guests are expected to keep the place clean. - There shall not be smoke inside the home, this is a nonsmoking house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - Guests with children (2-12 years) and infants under 2, guests are required to have the house child proof and children should have swimming protective wear while in the bay. Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times by waters edge. - If swimming in the bay, you are at your own risk. - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases and pillows, comforters, towels and hand towels, shampoos and bodywash ARE NOT provided to guests. Please pack as needed.
