The Pink Cottage: Steps from Parades | Courtyard

Step into this stylish, welcoming cottage in the heart of Uptown! Walk to local cafés, pubs, and hotspots. Free street parking awaits out front, making your New Orleans trip simple. Hop on the St. Charles streetcar, just steps away, for a classic ride to the French Quarter or Audubon Park. The Superdome is only 4min away, with Tulane and the Garden District are close by as well. Experience Uptown like a local, and relax at the bright, inviting, and colorful Uptown Cottage! The space The Red Cottage has a queen bed, mounted tv, eating/working table, mid sized refrigerator, and any dishes, cookware, and linens you may need. The space is thoughtfully decorated with eclectic New Orleans art and vintage pieces to create a unique & bright environment for guests to relax before setting off to explore New Orleans! There is also a courtyard attached to the cottage. The cottage has a very strict and thorough cleaning regiment and will be fully sanitized before arrival. Walk to Hot Tin rooftop bar or St. Charles Streetcar! 15 minute walk (3min drive) to Mahony's and the Bulldog on Magazine Street. The Chloe pool is just 10 minutes from you. The Super Dome is only 3-5 minutes away by car while the French Quarter and Bourbon Street can be reached in under 10 minutes. The Freret Corridor is also a nice walk away, which is packed with wonderful stores, coffee shops and the best pizza in town. The cottage boasts excellent accessibility to any and all of the must-see sights in New Orleans while being in a safe neighborhood, which is important in big cities. We do our best to accommodate early check-in whenever possible and we also have a secured courtyard where luggage can be stored if there is an early arrival. We are pet friendly and ask that all pets be potty trained and nondestructive. We have a thorough cleaning regiment to refresh the space following pet stays. Guest access Guests will receive their personal door code on the day of check-in and will enter the cottage without any interaction with the host. There is plenty of free street parking out front. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside of the cottage. Smoking inside will result in fines. Arrival condition: The unit is thoroughly sanitized by our professional cleaning crew before each check-in. It is important that guests report anything that is not in an acceptable condition within one hour of check-in. Anything not reported in that time frame will be deemed your responsibility. Pets allowed. We ask that the pet be potty trained, non destructive and not overly vocal when left alone. New Orleans is a subtropical destination which is no stranger to storms. Any electrical outage is not the responsibility of the host and is entirely outside of any person(s) control. Bug and wildlife info: New Orleans is located in a hot and humid environment that is teeming with wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths, lovebugs, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, stinkbugs, etc. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside.
