Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels. The space The apartment is a non-smoking inside but can outside. No pets allowed. Guest access Our guest can enjoy our common carport sitting area. Unlimited ice in our ice machine. Other things to note We are in a great central location in Houma. We are very close to Thibodaux, Morgan City, all local bayous, restaurants, and even a short drive (50 minutes) to downtown New Orleans. We have a very long driveway which makes it perfect for parking a boat and trailer for those fishing trips. We have extension cords and outside plug in for the charging of batteries etc. Ice machine is outside to help with those yummy fish in our local waterways.
