Extended Cable TV, Netflix, WiFi Internet & free off street parking. Private side door access to upper level apartment. The space Over 2,000 square foot apartment cheaper than any hotel room in the area. Easy private access from street level and off street parking close to entrance. Both bathrooms have towels so no need to bring your own. Apartment faces 1st Ave West which is a busy street day and night so regular city traffic noise should be expected including emergency vehicles and loud motorcyles:) Feel free to message me with any questions. Guest access Full apartment keypad access from parking lot behind building next door. Please note unit is on 2nd & 3rd floor with stairs only access from ground level. Must negotiate at least 20 stairs to get to the main level of the apartment. Another 12 stairs to the 3rd floor loft attic area. Thank you. Kitchen currently has fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, small pizza oven and sink for cooking. There is a small electric wall heater with a thermostat in the 3rd floor bathroom. Please do not operate this unit around children as it works quite well and is hot to the touch at floor level. If you do use it make sure to turn it off when finished and turn the thermostat down so the unit does not stay on for an extended period, thank you.
