Sliders off of the dining room provide access to the new PVC deck with picnic table and gas grill. Just down the hall from the living room area are bedrooms 2,3,and 4 along with a full bathroom. During the day, enjoy a swim, float on a tube, fish, pedal boat, or take a leisurely kayak ride on Agawam Mill Pond, a fully recreational 150-acre freshwater pond that is easily accessible across the gravel road!
