Big Cedar Lodge is a Private, Secluded 8424 sqft Lodge with 6 Bedrooms and 6.5 Bathrooms and is located on 20 acres with no neighbors in site when you are at the house. It is in the city of Bigfork MT and is only 15 minutes away from Flathead Lake. The space You can use the entire home and all 20 acres except for the Work Shop Garage and guest House that is located on the right as you enter the property. Continue your drive down the private drive to the gorgeous Big Cedar Lodge and enjoy your relaxing time in Bigfork. Guest access The entire 8424 square foot home and all 20 acres except for the Work Shop Garage and guest house located on the right as you enter the property. Other things to note Big Cedar Lodge Rules and Instructions Please read all the way to the end. The bunkhouse and it’s direct surroundings located on the right as you drive down to the main lodge are off-limits as it is occupied and is not a part of this rental agreement. We are on a SEPTIC system, DO NOT flush anything down the toilet except a moderate amount of toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products or paper towels down the toilet! If inappropriate items are flushed down the toilet you will Lose your security Deposit. Hiking is at your own risk. Hiking ON or FROM the property can be dangerous as you might encounter dangerous wildlife such as Grizzly Bears, Black Bears and Mountain Lions. WOMAN, Do not hike in the forest if you are on your menstrual cycle. There are plenty of hiking trails throughout Flathead valley and glacier national park. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Trash is to be stored in the trash cans in the garage. Due to Bear safety and other wildlife do not store any food or trash outside the home at anytime. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS. NO SMOKING permitted on the property at anytime Do not exceed the speed limit signs on Bear Creek Rd and Do not exceed 15 mph on Big Cedar Road. Keep dust to a minimum. The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed upon that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Check out is 11am On the designated date of your departure unless you have been given a different check out time from us in writing Please turn all thermostats down to 59 when you leave. Also, it is greatly appreciated if you can always be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. It is a very private street and the neighbors are very particular about their peace and quite.
