My 100 year-old home is in a beautiful historic neighborhood, very safe and super convenient to anywhere you want to go in the greater New Orleans area. Apartment is self-contained, beautiful, very comfy, and has everything you will need for your stay! Beds - 2 queens, loveseat sleeper, full size futon, cot (150 lbs max). The space Home away from home in a 90 year-old historic home. Note: This listing is for a self-contained mother-in-law apartment on the first floor of owner's home, and owner lives upstairs. Fully equipped, and we should be able to accommodate any special requests you have. Please note that there is one folding cot/bed, 150 lbs weight limit. Also, this can be rented as a one or two-bedroom apartment - please see my one-bedroom listing if a smaller group is coming that would be okay with one queen bed, loveseat sleeper in living room, and the one cot. Guest access Apartment has private patio and entrance. Swimming pool and spa are in the backyard, contact host to pre-arrange for access. Other things to note Rate is for up to 4 guests. There is an additional fee for extra guests and/or pets, contact host prior to check in for approval and to pay additional fees before arriving with extra guests and/or pets. NO groups of unrelated guests under 30 years old. A couple visitors is fine, but any visitor who spends the night will be charged a guest fee, NO exceptions. Mardi Gras reservations must be for at least 5 nights and with checkout no earlier than Mardi Gras Day. Jazz Fest reservations must include Friday and Saturday nights. Other special events may have minimum number of nights requirements as well. There is no off-street parking, but all neighbors have their own driveways so parking is never a problem on the street right at the apartment's walkway.
