Idyllic home only ONE SHORT BLOCK to the beach! Our modern condo boasts 4 separate bedrooms and 3 spacious full bathrooms complete with jacuzzi tubs! Walk to Acme, Wawa, CVS, or a bike rental shop within 1-2 blocks! It comes complete with an outdoor shower, two PARKING spots, and a large covered deck. Pack n Play & baby gate available upon request. HIGHLIGHT: Second floor unit with ELEVATOR and lower level bedroom - no steps! NOTE: we cannot rent to groups for senior week. The space With a large covered deck and large dining and living space, you will feel right at home! There is an elevator (or single flight of stairs) to get to the second floor entrance of the condo. From there, anyone with issues doing steps will feel right at home, because there is one bedroom (queen bed and futon) and a full bath on the same floor as the kitchen, dining room, living room, and patio. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and huge ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The other two bedrooms have one queen bed and three twins (single and a bunk bed) and share another very large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Small children: The unit is well suited to families. Pack n play and tension baby gate for the bottom of the stairs are available upon request. The lower level is fairly toddler friendly, although the lower kitchen cabinets do have pots, pans, trash bags, etc. these could be moved to upper cabinets/above the sink. Covered patio is enclosed and safe for children. Guest access Entire condo, private large covered outdoor patio, shared outdoor shower, two designated parking spaces. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE*: during summer months (Memorial to Labor Day) rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday (2pm check in, 10am check out), except in some circumstances. Holidays are 4 night minimum. No groups under 25 years of age. Similar to other beach rentals, we DO NOT provide linens for the beds. We do have beach/bath towels that can be used but must be WASHED/DRIED and replaced prior to departure. Unwashed linens incur a $100 fee. We provide pillows, quilts/blankets, hand soap, and limited toilet paper/paper towels to get you started. Acme is within walking distance. We provide 10 beach tags each season. Lost tags will cost $50 each (can be replaced by the tenant locally for $35 each). We also provide a beach umbrella, beach cart, beach towels, and beach chairs! There are lifeguards from 10am-5pm during the summer.
