Our well cared for Cape house is located in Barnstable's Village of Cotuit. The house is situated on Lewis Pond (kayaks and bikes included), across the street from Cotuit Highgrounds golf course, walking distance to (2) local beaches, Kettle Ho- Cotuit's local restaurant, Cotuit's baseball stadium, boating, hiking, relaxing, shopping and more. Cotuit is conveniently located off of exit 2 on Rt. 3 South. It is easily accessible to many Cape hot spots and destinations. Relax in the sprawling well maintained yard and await a visit from any one of our resident hummingbirds, pop across the street to Cotuit Highgrounds and play a quick 9 holes or enjoy a bike ride to any of the (3) local beaches. Go kayaking and maybe try your luck fishing down back at the Lewis Pond or catch a few innings of the Cotuit Kettleers game. Mashpee Commons is close by which is home to many shops & restaurants.
