We've included top of the line linens, and plush Sealy Merriment KING mattress for the master suite, as well as plush Sealy queen mattresses for the other rooms. It can sleep 7 guests, with a pull out "memory mattress sofa bed" in the downstairs living room. For your added comfort and ambience, this modern town home has an electric fireplace in the living room for the cold wintery nights, and CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING throughout the home for the hot summer months. Spacious single car garage with garage opener, driveway parking, and street parking available. Our charming condo also furnishes all necessary household amenities, such as washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we supply kitchen necessities such as: spices, coffee filters, and several other pantry items, as well as, bathroom essentials-hand & body soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book or enjoy streaming movies on our flat screen "smart" Tv's. We do not have regular cable.
