Come try your luck fishing from the beach or schedule a fishing trip. Collect shells, find clams and oysters, and watch the Ocean as you sip your coffee. There are so many options for FUN while staying at this well-cared for home. There is also a large backyard for children to play. The space Enjoy the picturesque sunrise over the bay every morning, and take a stroll down the beach to the tiki bar at night. From the back yard, this home reminds the soul of a tropical oasis and is only an hour from Boston. On the first floor, there is a lovely dining room, kitchen, family room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms-- One bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a bedroom that has 2-twin beds as bunk beds, which can easily be put together as a King-size bed. Upstairs there is also a full bathroom, a King-sized bed, a Queen-sized bed, and a small bedroom with a twin bed. All bedrooms have cable access with the exception of the small twin bedroom. We love this place so much that we have 3 homes in a row! We stay in one and rent the others out; leaving many options for you as a vacationer! Ever want to bring the family on vacation, but give the in-laws their own place to sleep? No problem! Please feel free to ask about our other property if you are interested in renting multiple homes for the same week! ****We do own two houses next to each other. If you have a large group or two families, we can rent them simultaneously giving a place for the whole family. Guests will be required to sign a short, 1 page lease upon arrival. Lease can be sent prior to arrival upon request. Guest access This entire home is for you and your guests. Other things to note I own and manage some apartment buildings in Somerville and Cambridge and fell in love with my Summer home & Buzzards Bay. I 'caught the bug'! I love having guests stay and am happy to provide suggestions about fishing, food, FUN, family activities of course (which there are many). I love the Bay, and, even more, I love sharing it with people.
