Manomet Beach House - Year Round Escape

Great week-long family vacation escape! The space This Cape-style house with expansive New England Farmer's Porch has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's been tastefully furnished with beach house furniture and also has a hot/cold outdoor shower that sees lots of duty after visits to the beach. The private beach is two blocks away and is shared with the other houses in Manomet Beach Shores Association. You'll have wonderful walks along the white sandy beach and previous guests have moored their boat off the shore. Manomet is a summer beach resort area with lots of little seasonal restaurants and cafes. Downtown Plymouth will keep you entertained with wonderful historic sites and shopping. We are about 45 minutes from Boston, one hour to Providence, Rhode Island, and about 8 minutes to the bridge to Cape Cod. This is an ideal location for visitors wishing to explore city life in Boston and beaches and summer fun on Cape Cod when going beyond all that Plymouth has to offer. Guest access The entirety of Manomet Beach House is made available to guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: All bookings for the peak summer period (June 28, 2025 to September 20, 2025) must be a minimum of 7 days with check-in on Saturday and check out on the following Saturday. The rental property is made available to the parties (number) listed on AirBnB. Any guests not listed are not allowed to stay at the house. The house is being rented for renter use and occasional guests. Loud parties with lots of guests are not permitted. Beach gate access code is: C2947 as of July 6, 2025
