(Remodeled 2024) The space The unit is situated on the south side of the Luana Kai property overlooking the putting green and pool area. The Beach is right in front of the oceanfront property. Incredible Sunset Views Year Round and just minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and golfing. The kitchen just got fully remodeled with brand new cabinets and appliances. The Beach (Waipu’ilani Park) in front of the Resort is a long sandy beach with some coral/rocks protected by reef and suitable for long walks, whale watching, sunbathing and watching spectacular sunsets. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler and beach towels are provided - Electronic Keypad entry. Customized entry code for each guest! - There is No Air-Condition in the unit. - Remodeled (2021) fully equipped kitchen - Partial Ocean View and Garden View - Ceiling fans and Tower Fans throughout the unit. - Trade winds provide ventilation and cooling. - We recommend to get a rental car. - Just steps away from the Ocean - We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler and beach towels. No snorkel gear. No Elevator. 2 flights of stairs. There is No Air-Condition in the unit. We currently don’t offer half-day bookings or late checkouts. Our standard checkout time is 11 AM.
