Guest access Right in your backyard there is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood beach. Use our kayaks to explore with the stately swans on Follins Pond. Other things to note For those of you coming in the warm weather I like to clarify the air conditioning situation. There are split units that provide a/c in the living dining room area, first floor twin bedrooms and one of the upstairs queens and a window unit in the other upstairs queen bedroom. During July and August we do 4 day minimum rentals only. It can get a little confusing, so if you have any questions about availability, please don’t hesitate to ask :)
