Enjoy 1,350 sq. feet which includes a work station with free WiFi, and printer, a modern kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee maker & condiments, cooking oils, spices and all the cookware necessary to make any meal from casual to gourmet, weight room includes free weights, bench, treadmill, roller and stretch bands. Your private patio includes a gas grill, patio furniture and an outdoor heater. The space has everything you could possibly need from an iron to a hair dryer, spices to oils in the kitchen, free weights to bands in the weight room, office work station, large screen TV (streaming tv channels), WiFi, laundry facilities and the outside patio, and BBQ area round it out. Guest has a seperate entrance accessible from the lit paver walkway to the left of the home. The stair case leads to the lower level apartment which has a keypad door access code. We typically provide the access code before noon the first day of your stay. We are available by phone, text, email or in person. We occupy the upper level. Centrally located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are a five minute drive to downtown and a mile from U of M as well as Splash MT, Fairgrounds, the Mall and numerous hiking & biking trails. We have a free bus line, bike routes, walking paths and Uber is always available. Our family occupies the upper level. On occasion, the pitter patter of tiny feet, including the four legged kind can be heard. We observe quiet hours and family activities often find us away from the home enjoying camping and all that Montana has to offer. The apartment doesn't have a separate thermostat. However, space heaters and fans are provided. The apartment does stay rather cool in the summer.
