And there’s plenty of parking! The space Built originally as an ice house, today the pond-side location and large deck make for a unique, beautiful setting, overlooking the pond. Set in a private neighborhood, this house will feel like home soon after your arrival. Guest access You'll have a full kitchen and 6 person dining area (with folding chairs available if needed). Gas grill on deck. There is a living room on the ground level, with a small lounge in the loft above. The master has a private deck overlooking the main deck. Kids love rowing out on the pond and jumping into the ocean off the neighborhood beach!
