Property and all furnishings must be kept in good order Use appliances only for their intended use We provide linens and towels, please bring beach towels Trash must be put in garage in bins by 6AM day of check out No children under 12 allowed in hot tub Do not stand on hot tub cover No one should swim alone The property is on a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. You will be responsilbe if we find other items have been flushed. Swim at your own risk. No glass outside. Keep pool and hot tub sanitary. Babies must wear swim diapers. Shower before entering the pool. NO sand or sunscreen in the pool or hot tub. Pool company will be coming during your stay. Please allow them to clean the pool. Our home is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on our premises. The homeowners are not responsilbe for loss of belongings or valuables lost. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. We have an electronic key pad at the front door. We will provide you an entry code the day before your arrival. We are available by cell phone and text during your stay. Our neighborhood is in New Seabury which is a golf course/beach community and is part of Mashpee Massachusetts on Famous Cape Cod. Our home is a very private setting with woods and privacy trees but we are less than 1/2 mile to the Popponestt Marketplace and Inn which has boutiques, a coffee shop, pizza, deli, ice cream, candy store, music at night, the raw bar which has a great lobster roll and more. The Popponesett Inn has a fine dining restaurant and a fun beach bar at night. There are many walking trails throughout New Seabury. The public beach is a short drive with a very large parking lot. The public beach has either state or town options. The state beach offers daily parking ($12 a day) and ample parking,
