Each of the three guest bedrooms has its own floor, providing guests privacy and unique amenities. The living room, kitchen and dining area on the third floor have lovely views and a small deck. At the top, enjoy the private, panoramic roof deck for dining, sunbathing or stargazing. With large windows, every room in the house is bathed in natural light and lovingly furnished. The space Each guest bedroom is located on its own private floor. Guests in the lower bedroom enjoy a king-sized bed, modern Moroccan design, and a fun sitting area. The "Beach Shack" bedroom on the first floor has a comfy window seat for reading and beachy, coastal decor. The second-floor bedroom is Mission-style with lovely art and a cozy space for reading and writing. The top floor living/kitchen space and roof deck provide a wonderful gathering place for breakfast, sunbathing, early evening cocktails, and dinner. The view from the dining area frames the iconic Pilgrim Monument. The large, private roof deck has 360-degree, panoramic views across to Provincetown Harbor, Race Point beach, and Shankpainter Pond. NOTE: The unit is designed for moderately active people who enjoy having four separate floors and cool views. It's not recommended for people who dislike stairs or have difficulty with stairs. If stairs are a problem for any in your group, I would recommend a flatter layout unit instead.
