A serene, warm & welcoming refuge in the West End, the house is a short walk to everything, yet feels far away. Each of the three guest bedrooms has its own floor, providing guests privacy and unique amenities. The living room, kitchen and dining area on the third floor have lovely views and a small deck. At the top, enjoy the private, panoramic roof deck for dining, sunbathing or stargazing. With large windows, every room in the house is bathed in natural light and lovingly furnished. Each guest bedroom is located on its own private floor. Guests in the lower bedroom enjoy a king-sized bed, modern Moroccan design, and a fun sitting area. The "Beach Shack" bedroom on the first floor has a comfy window seat for reading and beachy, coastal decor. The second-floor bedroom is Mission-style with lovely art and a cozy space for reading and writing. The top floor living/kitchen space and roof deck provide a wonderful gathering place for breakfast, sunbathing, early evening cocktails, and dinner. The view from the dining area frames the iconic Pilgrim Monument. The large, private roof deck has 360-degree, panoramic views across to Provincetown Harbor, Race Point beach, and Shankpainter Pond. NOTE: The unit is designed for moderately active people who enjoy having four separate floors and cool views. It's not recommended for people who dislike stairs or have difficulty with stairs. If stairs are a problem for any in your group, I would recommend a flatter layout unit instead. Your rental includes the entire house, a deeded parking space, guest parking, high-speed wifi & gas grill. You’re staying in what I’ve found to be the perfect location in Provincetown. You’re just a few blocks from Commercial Street to the south and Herring Cove Beach to the west, yet you’re far away from all the tourists and traffic. Thus, you have the best of both worlds: peace and serenity here, excitement and lots to do just steps away. While your rental includes a reserved parking space, you really don't need a car here. You can walk (or bike) almost anywhere. We have two excellent gyms within a few blocks, as well as a well-stocked Stop & Shop in the neighborhood. All the great restaurants, galleries and performance venues are mostly within a 5-15 minute walk. Brand new, zoned air conditioning & heating system.
