Steve’s Sunrise

This beautiful lake house is located on lake Catherine side of chef menture hwy. There’s 2 bedrooms with full size beds and a bunk room with 3 bunk beds. The camp has 1.5 bathrooms with a rinse off spot under the house. It has a nice size back porch and a connecting pier with a dock at the end for fishing or relaxing. There are 10 crab traps tied on the pier for your availability:) there is a lower part to the dock where you can tie your boat or jet ski to the dock. Plenty of parking The space The two bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs in them. The bunk room does not have a television. There is patio furniture with cushions and a table. Guest access I have very strict rules and policies for the house. Unfortunately, past guest have forced me to make these specific rules in order to cover my back.
