Location. Close to great restaurants, gorgeous neighborhoods for biking and walking. In the middle of Cape Cod. A perfect home base for exploring the Cape. 9. Most of our renters who have been coming for years try to never leave the property. (except to get take out - our cottages have a better view than most restaurants) Their day is filled with beach and flats walks, swims, sunset, and just watching the view. 10. The Porch and comfortable cottage. (Outdoor shower Only) The cottage porch has one of the most beautiful views in the northeast. The Most renters want to spend the entire vacation on the porch watching the sunset and the tide roll in and out. The gorgeous beach is just down the stairs from your cottage. The beach is wide clean and safe. The private beach is only for 3 cottages and the manager. This place is a beach walkers dream. You can walk along the beach in either direction for miles. The bay is much warmer than the National seashore and the waves are very gentle and safe. Low tide is the perfect place for young children and families. From your beach you can walk out 1 mile straight out at low tide and pick up shells from the ocean floor. There is so much to explore. Brewster is a beautiful safe posh town with great restaurants, bike trails and golf. All of the photos listed were taken on the property!! The COTTAGE: OUTDOOR SHOWER ONLY!! The master bedroom has a cool gel foam double bed. You can see the bay and hear the waves at night from your bed. The living room and full kitchen have views of the gazebo and Cape Cod bay. All the rooms are small. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. There's a half bath inside. The shower is outside. The shower has hot water and is private and attached to the cottage. Many renters say they want to install an outdoor shower after trying ours. Guest access There is a large wide clean beach. When the tide is high the water will be over your head and at low tide you can walk out a mile. There is a large yard and beautiful hydrangea bushes in the summer and Montauk daisy bushes in the fall. The Town of Brewster Brewster is a beautiful quiet safe town. There are beautiful houses and gardens. There is the old grist mill, kayaking, the Drummer boy park, the Natural History museum and trails. The Brewster general store hasn't changed in a 100 yeas. Next door to it is the Brewster Scoop ice cream. We love the Graham Central and Double Chocolate. There are many fun shops and art galleries. Try the Lobster Benedict at Grumpy's for brunch. There are grocery stores in Orleans, and Harwich, and several nearby convenience stores. Underpass Rd in Brewster has a great fish market and several good restaurants and take out places. Many guests like take out for dinner because the cottage has better views than any restaurant. Other things to note These are old style and simple 'housekeeping' cottages. That means that renters bring all their own linens, sheets, & towels and leave the place broom clean. No Phone. Only an outdoor private shower. Streaming TV available
