Lovely, spacious, secluded home 1.3 miles from Lambert's Cove Beach. Main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths Guest cottage has 4th bedroom, sitting room and 3rd bath. Beautiful grounds with deck and pergola. Expansive lawn backs up to conservation land with hiking trails. Screened porch off dining room; large balcony off master bedroom. 1st floor bedroom and bath. Cooks kitchen; 2-story living room with skylights, floor-ceiling bookcases and piano. Many unique and charming features. This is a spectacular country retreat yet close to beautiful Lambert's Cove Beach. Very airy and spacious. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and cathedral ceiling library/living room. Office/work space with WIFI. Mini-split A/C system in the main house and guest cottage. Wonderful deck with gas grill, large picnic table and outdoor furniture. Two outdoor showers--1 for the main house, 1 for the guest cottage. We have instituted additional cleaning and disinfecting procedures including disinfecting all high-touch hard surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, drawer/cabinet pulls, kitchen items, remote controls, etc.) and soft surfaces (upholstered furniture, bedding, carpets, etc.). We also have a plentiful supply of pillowcases, blankets, and sheets. During July and August this is a Friday-Friday rental with a 7-night minimum. All other months have a 3-night minimum. and can start/end any day of the week. Entire house including guest cottage I will be available by phone or email. There is a local caretaker to address immediate issues. Our home is close to Lambert's Cove Beach, a town beach. During the summer season this beach is available only to West Tisbury residents and guests (including renters) so it never gets too crowded. Just 10 minutes from the ferry, shops, supermarket, restaurants and mini-golf in Vineyard Haven. Car is highly desirable. Nearest public transportation (bus) is about 1 mile away. We do not allow pets. We have a lease agreement that specifies Owner's and Tenants responsibilities and house rules, which we ask Tenants to sign upon booking.
