Cottage is located on private stone studded Sandhills Beach. It’s 1400sq ft. Rocky beach changes daily & is accessed from 8 steps off the sea wall. 4 modestly sized yet private bdrms. Ceiling fans,A/C & heat. Modern well equipped kitchen. 4TVs. - Movies, board games,boogie boards, paddle board, corn hole & kayak. Outdoor shower not enclosed. The space Fees $150- cleaning required $100 -linens /towels added if you cannot bring your own. Rate based on 7 people. $100 added for 8 guests $200-pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Large groups please NOTE this is a cottage and has limited space.(photos accurately depict the home) Mattresses were purchased new in 2016. They’re in great condition due to the home being closed 6 months out of the year. No cast away furniture or old household items. Pack and play with a sheet ,high chair/booster baby monitor,gate & kiddie pool. Children must be supervised at all times around the beach & seawall. Beach stairs may not be available after September, due to inclement weather. (The sand & stone mix changes with every storm. ) Water shoes are also recommended. Before you book, Please tell me a little about who will be staying in the home & the reason for your stay. We want to be sure that the home is a good fit for your group. No more than 4 children. Including infants. Guest access Self checkin & out with Lock box. Check in after 4 pm. Check out before 10am. Code will be sent a few days prior to arrival. You have access to the entire home & private beach. Beach stairs may not be available in the autumn. You will find a welcome binder in the home with info about home & surrounding area. Other things to note We try to keep home well stocked. Grill has a propane tank. We include spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, & detergents. The grocery store is very close if you need something.
